After four years of working as a pastry chef, I’m excited to finally follow my dream and share my passion through my own baking business. I specialize in custom wedding cakes and birthday cakes, where I get to combine refined technique with creativity and thoughtful design. I love exploring new ideas, experimenting with unique styles, and creating sweet treats that feel just as special as the moments they celebrate. For me, every cake is more than a sweet treat—it’s a centrepiece for life’s most meaningful occasions. 

I’ve had a passion for baking since around the age of 10,and after more than a decade in the kitchen, that passion has only grown stronger. What began as simple curiosity has evolved into a deep love for the creativity, precision, and comfort that baking brings. Over the years, I’ve continued to learn, experiment, and challenge myself, finding joy in every new trend and technique. Baking remains not just a hobby, but a part of who I am.
